Who will this course appeal to?

This course is perfect for those persons who have a busy schedule but need the freedom to pick and choose their times to study for their brokerage license. This course offers those people the needed flexibility in their schedule while still providing a first class learning experience via the internet.

How long does the course last?

Once registered, you will have access to the course for a 6 month period; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is ample time to complete the course at your own pace. We give a time frame on the course not as a restriction but as an incentive to finish the course. Since the course is taken (independently OR self-study) and self-monitored we feel placing this time frame on the course will help motivate persons to finish the course. However, if for some unforeseen circumstance the 6 month period expires before completing the course please notify us as the situation and we discuss extending the 6 month period.

What does this course include?

The course currently has over 1100 slides, 27 chapter practice tests, 2 review chapters, a mid term exam, and of course a final exam. These materials along with the required books are more than enough material to aid in the learning process.

What's the online advantage?

Taking the course online allows you to progress at your own pace as your everyday life dictates. FLEXIBILITY! No need to arrange work or other events around a set class schedule. You have the freedom to take the course when it is convenient for you, a real advantage!. However, there is more! Although you work at your own pace and a schedule that is convenient for you, you still get the professional materials and instruction as in "real" classroom environment. You will be able to email questions to our professional staff and get answers within a 24 hour time period (often sooner). This is the real advantage, all resources as with in a real classroom, without losing the personal instruction.

How will I be graded/How does the course operate?

The course is divided into chapters. Each chapter covers required material and is narrated. Each chapter has a short test ranging from 5-15 questions that you must pass (70% or higher) to proceed to the next chapter. A midterm exam and a final exam are included as required by the State of Hawaii. Upon achieving a passing Final Exam grade a survey link will become available on the main page. The survey must be completed as a part of the course. Once completed our office will be notified of your completion and will prepare a certificate to be mailed to your address as it appears in your course profile. The certificate is mailed out within 2 business days. The certificate is needed as proof of completion when taking the State of Hawaii's Salesperson Exam.

What is your refund policy?

Once paid, there is no refund. We do want you to succeed and be happy with our course, so we work with you to ensure your success. If for any reason you are not happy with the course, please contact the support staff.

Is there a guarantee on the course?

We back our course 100%! If you pass our course and for some reason do not achieve a passing rate on the State Exam please notify us and we will try and accommodate you in every way. We will provide access to the course again and give access to other materials that may be useful. We will work with you to achieve your goals.
