25-hour Makeup and Renewal CE Package

The 25-hour, continuing-education, package is designed to meet the CE makeup and renewal requirements of salespersons and brokers seeking to restore and renew their license after one year (but less than four) of forfeiture. Students completing the courses will receive 15-hours of makeup credit and 10-hours of renewal credit towards their CE requirements.

The package consists of the following nine courses by default (contact us to substitute other available courses):

    License Reactivation

    1. CE Elective: 1031 Exchanges (3 hours)
    2. CE Elective: Fair Housing (3 hours)
    3. CE Elective: Property Management and Managing Risk (3 hours)
    4. CE Elective: Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Sales (3 hours)
    5. CE Elective: Applied Real Estate Policy for Licensees (3 hours)

    License Renewal

    1. CE Core: Part A 2009 Real Estate Law Update and Personal Transactions (2 hours)
    2. CE Core: Part B 2010 Real Estate Law Update (2 hours, available after June 2010)
    3. CE Elective: Applied Ethics in Practice: Case Studies (3 hours, to be made available)
    4. CE Elective: Commercial Real Estate Understanding Investments (3 hours, to be made available)
